Jaime Zawmon is a nationally recognized entrepreneur, executive leader, and powerhouse connector of C-level talent. She is the Founder and President of Titan CEO, a premier platform that unites the nation’s top executives through peer advisory groups, curated leadership retreats, and the prestigious Titan 100 awards program.

Born and raised in Baltimore, Maryland, Jaime was immersed early in the world of entrepreneurship through her family’s manufacturing business. She launched her career in media and publishing in 2003, profiling CEOs across the Mid-Atlantic. She went on to successfully lead the launch of the Washington, D.C. and Philadelphia markets and rose to become Division President of the organization. Over the course of her career in media, she interviewed thousands of executives in print and on camera, while hosting both high-impact CEO roundtables and large-scale recognition events.

After a successful exit from a business she built in the health and wellness industry, Jaime relocated to Colorado and founded Titan CEO in 2019. With a mission to elevate executive leadership, she designed Titan CEO to foster deep connection, leadership growth, and community among top-performing executives nationwide.

In 2020, she launched the Titan 100 — an exclusive program recognizing the Top 100 CEOs and C-level executives in each regional market. What began in Colorado has rapidly expanded to eight U.S. cities, including Phoenix, Philadelphia, St. Louis, Georgia, Wisconsin, Chicago, and Nashville. With new markets on the horizon, the Titan 100 program is on track to honor over 1,000 Titans of Industry each year.

Jaime’s leadership and innovation have earned national recognition. She was named to Forbes NEXT 1000 list and led Titan CEO to rank No. 546 on the 2024 Inc. 5000 list, with 813% growth. Titan CEO was also honored as one of Colorado’s Top 100 Women-Owned Businesses and a Colorado Companies to Watch awardee.
